Your profile can say "not looking"

From Club Desk, a Club column. About this column ↗
You can be in a Club without being available. Not looking for dates? Say so. Curious about other people's experiences, but not ready to share yours? That's fine too. A useful introduction is often wonderfully plain: "We're in Turin. We like photography and meeting people for a drink. Please don't send explicit pictures." The second sentence saves everyone time. The Club keeps profiles private until the owner asks to make them visible. Public member profiles are reviewed. If you only want to read, you're still welcome. A profile is an invitation to know something about you. It isn't a promise to meet.
