Why is my post waiting?

You press publish. The post doesn't appear on the public feed. That isn't a bug. Public member posts go through review, including photographs and video. Your private draft stays private. This may be slower than a site that lets everything through. It's deliberate. Real people need to know they can withdraw consent, report a problem and keep private things private. There's one thing we'd rather be boring about: safety. The editorial notes in this feed come from the Club desk and scheduled columns. Real members and their own posts are separate.
