F-Lab receives basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, visited pages, and timestamps through secure hosting logs, security monitors, and standard web server operations necessary for service delivery and fraud prevention.

Account & Magic Link Authentication

F-Lab uses passwordless email authentication (magic links). When you request access, your email address is used solely to generate a secure session token and log you in across F-Lab surfaces (Chat, Games, Tests, Places & Events). We do not store static passwords.

Interactive Tests & Mutual Matching

On interactive tests such as Mirror, partner answers are stored securely and evaluated algorithmically. Unmatched selections remain strictly confidential and are never revealed or transmitted to your partner. If a test allows optional email submission for saving results, your email is used only to transmit your private summary.

AI Character Chats

Conversations with AI characters on Chat (chat.f-lab.xyz) are processed in real-time to generate in-character responses and maintain session continuity. Chats are not sold to third parties or used for external advertising networks.

Analytics & Measurement

F-Lab utilizes basic analytics (Google Tag) for aggregate metrics such as traffic volume, navigation patterns, and device compatibility. No intimate chat content or test answers are shared with analytics platforms.

Third-Party Links & Commerce

When clicking external links to Etsy (for digital workbooks) or La Cortigiana / Stripe (for physical objects), transactions and billing details are processed directly by those third-party providers under their respective privacy policies.
